Day 34 – Identity Over Goals
Goals tell you what you want. Identity decides who you become. Chasing outcomes without changing identity is exhausting. You push, force, and restart. But when your identity shifts, actions follow naturally. Don’t ask: “How do I achieve this goal?” Ask instead: “What kind of person achieves this naturally?” Then act like that person today: 1. Show up on time 2. Keep standards high 3. Do the boring work without resistance Goals expire. Identity compounds. When you become the right person, results stop being chased — they appear.
